How am I matched with a therapist?
Matching you to a Seven Starling therapist that fits your needs is incredibly important to us. After you sign up for Seven Starling, we’ll ask you a number of questions about your individual preferences, therapy goals, and mental health history. We’ll use this information to match you with a therapist that we think will be a great fit for you.
What is group therapy?
Group therapy at Seven Starling is optional, but incredibly powerful. Our therapist-led small groups consist of 10 or fewer members and are organized by life stage — such as fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and menopause. Each session includes educational and self-care tools, with the option to share your experience or simply listen.
Does Seven Starling offer medication management?
Yes! Seven Starling takes a holistic approach to women’s mental health care. When you get started with care, you will be assigned a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who specializes in women’s mental health care. Your PMHNP will conduct a comprehensive intake to fully assess your needs and create a personalized treatment plan.
Note: At this time we do not offer hormone therapy to Menopause and Perimenopause patients or psychiatric medications to Pregnant patients.
