From the thrill of new beginnings to the quiet moments of uncertainty, these transitions bring profound change. With expert guidance and compassionate support, we help you find your footing through all of it.
15-minute prenatal appointments leave questions unanswered.
Limited access to trusted experts leads to 2 hours+ daily googling.
Lack of social support has driven postpartum depression and anxiety rates up to 50%.
Black women face 3-4x higher maternal mortality risk than white women.
When women thrive, families and communities flourish.
Approximately 1 in 4 women experience anxiety or depression each year — and that risk increases significantly during life's most transformative stages. Yet too many women navigate these moments without the mental health support they need. We believe women deserve better. Our mission is to make specialized mental health care accessible and stigma-free, so every woman can find the support she needs when it matters most.
No one should have to face these seasons alone. Whether it's connecting in therapy or finding comfort in our community, sharing your experiences creates a sense of belonging and helps lighten the mental and emotional load. With Seven Starling, you'll find a space where you can open up, feel understood, and connect with others who truly get it.
We’re founded on five beliefs that are integral to everything we do:
Safe spaces lead to open minds and hearts

Tina Beilinson
Co-Founder & CEO
Tina has had a knack for taking the road less traveled since Day 1. She was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where she grew up until her family was granted asylum into the US at age six. She's inspired by her own parents who did everything they could to make ends meet in an unfamiliar place, and the small village of family and friends that was around to support them. In her free time, she enjoys getting lost in a new city, listening to live music, and entertaining friends at home.
Julia Cole
Co-Founder & COO
Julia was born with an adventurous spirit. From starting her first business in elementary school to backpacking throughout rural Indonesia, Julia has always thrived in exploring new ideas and places. She developed a passion for health & wellness along the way as a lifelong athlete. In the winter, you'll find Julia racing down the ski slopes and in the summer relaxing by the beach.
Sophia Richter
Co-Founder & CPO
Sophia dreamt of starting a digital health company ever since navigating her own difficult experiences with the healthcare system. She believes that feeling empowered in your healthcare is the foundation for feeling empowered in your life. In her free time, Sophia chases new mountains to climb, trails to explore, and wildflowers to appreciate!
Carly Bravo
Certified Nurse Midwife, Education Lead
As a Midwife, Carly recognizes that the transformation to parenthood is much more than simply the birth alone. She enjoys working with families to have an integrated, and empowered pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. Carly believes in shared decision making, recognizing that while she has formal training in Midwifery, the people she cares for are the experts in their own bodies and their own specific physical, emotional, and informational needs. While not working, Carly can be found hiking, cooking, or enjoying a daytime dance party.
Danielle Brown
Member Experience Coordinator
Danielle has always been passionate about helping people. She started her career in the fashion industry but wanted to pivot into a role that positively affected others in a more direct way. After completing her yoga teacher certification, she felt especially drawn to the health and wellness industry to make an impact. In her spare time, Danielle loves to explore new places in her city, discover new books, and practice her amateur photography skills.
